Any content that violates our community standards, or is deemed offensive, abusive, or harmful, will be promptly removed, and the users responsible may face account suspension or termination.<2><3>To ensure a positive experience for everyone, all content posted on Sociable is subject to moderation. We employ a combination of sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) moderation systems and human moderation to review user-generated content. Our AI moderation tools are designed to automatically detect and flag content that may violate our terms of use, including but not limited to, hate speech, threats, harassment, explicit content, and illegal activities. The AI systems operate in real-time and continuously scan for inappropriate content, allowing us to act swiftly in most cases.<4><5>However, we understand that AI systems, while highly effective, may not be perfect in detecting more nuanced or context-dependent content violations. For this reason, in some cases, flagged content may be further reviewed by our dedicated human moderation team. This additional layer of review helps ensure fairness and accuracy, particularly in complex situations where context or intent may play a critical role. Our human moderators will investigate reports submitted by users, as well as content escalated by our AI systems, to make informed decisions about content removal and account actions.<6><7>We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that they believe to be inappropriate or in violation of these terms. Reporting can be done directly within the app through available reporting tools, which will send the content for review by our moderation systems.<8><9>Please note that any form of abusive or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, or the posting of explicit content, is strictly prohibited on Sociable. Users who engage in such behavior will face immediate action, which may include temporary suspension or permanent banning from the platform. We reserve the right to take any necessary measures, including legal action, to protect the safety and well-being of our community.<10><11>By using Sociable, you agree to abide by these guidelines and understand that we are committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming space for all users.
