In 2008, Gür graduated from the Department of Arts and

Crafts Instruction of Atatürk University’s Kazım Karabekir

School of Education. In 2007, he participated in the project

“Turning Points in Spain in the Field of Art” as part of the

Comenius adult education center European Students

Projects. In 2012, Gür began his Master’s at the Painting

Department of Atatürk University’s Institute of Social

Sciences, School of Fine Arts under the supervision of

Prof. Mustafa Küçüköner. Since 2008, he has been working

as a teacher of plastic arts at evening art school Painting

Workshop of Erzurum Museum of Painting and Sculpture

and Gallery under the auspices of Yakutiye Public Education

Center. In recent years, Gür has been concentrating on

light plays and color variations on old house doors. He

participated in ten different exhibitions across Turkey and

won a prize from a competition with his original work.
