I love nature, both for its complexity and for its tranquillity. My main interest is in the medicinal and local uses of plants. I feel that this information is something of great value, and although technology has a great part to play in the advancement of our species it should not be at the cost of the knowledge of what is around us and the environment.

Conservation shouldn’t be about preserving nature in a controlled area for future generations to come and visit, but should be about allowing nature to flourish on its own terms and without boundaries for future generations to enjoy and experience on a day to day basis.
